Pomegranate Spritzers
Revive your taste buds with this Pomegranate Spritzers where the tartness of Pomegranates will give your drink a fun twist.
Ingredients
- About 1 - 2 Tablespoons (15-30ml) fresh or concentrated Pomegranate Juice
- Few drops of Lime Juice
- 6 ounces (180ml) Sparkling Water or Club Soda
Directions:
- Add Pomegranate Juice, Sugar, Lime Juice and Water.
- Pour into glasses filled with Ice.
- Top it up with Pomegranate Seeds & serve.

Banana Bonkers
Ingredients
- 3 bananas
- 2 cups lemon sherbet
- 3 cups fresh grapefruit juice
- 1 cup crushed ice
Directions:
- Puree bananas in a blender or food processor.
- In a gallon pitcher combine pureed bananas, grapefruit juice, lemon sherbet and crushed ice.
- Top it up with Pomegranate Seeds & serve.

All Rounder
A sweet and tangy drink made in the intermingling taste of orange and pineapple juice mixed with lemonade and crushed ice. Suprisingly refreshing.
Ingredients
- 60 ml orange juice
- 30 ml pineapple juice
- 30 ml lemonade
- crushed ice
- aerated raspberry to top
Method
- In a tall glass, first put the orange juice, then the pineapple juice, lemonade and crushed ice and top with the raspberry.
- Serve cold.
Tips
- VARIATION : If aerated raspberry is not available, you can use raspberry syrup instead.
- In that case, pour the raspberry syrup at the bottom and other juices over it.

Amla Honey Shot ( Party Drinks )
Amla honey shot, the sour indian gooseberry and honey – this is definitely a match made in heaven! star anise contributes a faint but appreciable aroma and flavour to the drink. Remember not to add too much star anise lest it steals the show without letting the other ingredients to shine. Glass used: shot glass
Ingredients
- 4 whole amla , deseeded and chopped roughly
- 1 tsp amla crush
- 1/2 tsp powdered star anise (chakri phool)
- 1 tbsp honey
- 4 tbsp crushed ice
For The Garnish
- 4 star anise (chakri phool)
Method
- Combine the indian gooseberry, indian gooseberry crush, staranise powder and 1½ cups of water in a mixer and blend till smooth. Strain the liquid and keep aside.
- Combine the strained liquid and honey and mix well in a mixing glass.
- In each shot glass, place 1 tbsp of crushed ice and pour equal quantity of the juice over it. Serve immediately garnished with a staranise on the rim of each glass.
