Passion Fruit - Tea Slush Recipe
- 1 cup unsweetened iced tea
- 1 cup passion fruit juice
- 2 tablespoons superfine sugar
- 2 large carambolas (star fruits), sliced
- Icelings Tube Ice Crystals
- Combine tea and juice.
- Cover and freeze 1 hour or until slushy.
- Remove from freezer; combine tea mixture, Icelings Tube Ice Crystals and sugar in a blender.
- Process until smooth.
- Garnish with a star fruit slice & serve in glasses.
